Today I finished a new Kaisercraft-project: the Moroccan album.
I made it with the Reminiscing papercollection, together with some wonderful pictures of a famous abbey in France: The Mount Saint Michael!
The title of the album is in french: 'Entre ciel, terre et mer' which means 'Between heaven, earth and sea, because the abbey is built on an island near the french coast.
This is what I used to make this album:
From Kaisercraft:
-Moroccan Album
-Reminiscing papercollection
-Cafe Culture Hazelnut paper
-Pearls in the color Snow
-Brads 'Reminiscing'
-Rhinestones in the color Ice Blue
-Flowers in the color Snow
-Rubons 'Life quotes'
The edges of the album and some of the flowers were painted with acrylic paint, for which I mixed the colors baby blue and black to get this blue/grey look.
I stitched some plastic pearls (from an old chain which I used to decorate my christmastree) on the paper before I attached the paper to the album. These pearls matched perfectly with the Kaisercraft pearls!
The little chain at the cover and the metalic embellishments in the hearts of some flowers came are parts of two old bracelets.
The ribbons came from my own supplies.
I hope I got you inspired!
